Campbell Street CNY Celebration
Just a small number of pictures for this posting. I took a walk around Campbell Street and then to the Khoo Kongsi and have taken a few pictures. This event was held right around Chinese New Year time, I forgot what was the precise date because it has been almost 7 months.
Georgetown, Penang has been listed!
Alright, a bit of a late posting. Too many backlogs to settle and I still have my day job to attend to! LOL!
Anyways, it’s a great day for the city to be listed as one of the Heritage Sites. It will sure put Penang into the tourism map. It will be a great awaraness campaign outside of the country. It’ll be a great recognition! Now that Penang will be a known heritage spot, hopefully that the state government will be able to upgrade the facilities here. Need not explain more of it, which I am sure that the state government will be doing a great job to upkeep the facilities and of course, to keep everything clean.
